巢国祥,博士,扬州市疾病预防控制中心主任医师、研究员。扬
州市首席食品安全专家。扬州大学硕士研究生导师、东南大学硕士
研究生导师、徐州医科大学硕士研究生导师。江苏省预防医学会微
生物学学组常务委员、卫生标准委员会委员。 《International Journal of Food Microbiology》、《Food Control》、 《Journal of Medical Microbiology》、《Foodborne Pathogens and Diease》等 SCI 期刊审稿
专家。
长期从事食品安全及重大突发事件控制、致病性微生物分子流行
病学、检验方法研究。在单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌流行与控制、副溶
血性弧菌致病克隆的起源及溯源研究、新型金黄色葡萄球菌超级耐药
菌溯源、沙门氏菌新克隆致病及耐药机制方面研究取得重要进展与突
破。发现 1996 年以来导致世界范围大流行的副溶性弧菌高致病克隆
最初起源,研究成果被美国 FDA 确认为国际重大发现。2006 年以来
以第一作者发表相关SCI 收录论文16 篇。2006 年以来先后参与及主
持国家级自然科学基金、江苏省自然基金、省卫生厅科技立项及扬州
市社会发展科研项目科研项目,参加“十二 五”国家科技支撑课题。
先后主持与参与 4 项国家食品安全标准微生物检验标准及青奥会食
品安全微生物相关标准的修定与审核。
所参加的研究项目与课题获得2017 年国家科学技术进步奖二等
奖、2014 省卫生新技术引进奖二等奖、2013 年度教育部科学技术奖
一等奖、2012 年江苏省政府科学技术奖二等奖、2011 年扬州市科学
技术奖二等奖等奖项。
